- Born in Tokyo, Japan on January 26, 1941. Education: Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan (Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature, 1964); Universidad Iberoamericana (B.A. in Industrial Relations, 1968). Awarded Certificate of Merit granted by the Japanese Government for his contribution to promote the Commercial Relationships between Japan and Mexico on October 6, 1993.
